Dr Christine Burns and Elizabeth Pritchard

Christine Burns is a New Zealand born lecturer, author and performance coach. She inspires people to take action, stand up for what they believe in and not get stuck in the trivia of life.
With a solid achievement in sport, Christine represented New Zealand in indoor hockey and graduated with expertise in psychology, sport psychology, exercise science and business management. Through sport she learned resilience and tenacity which helped her overcome a cancer diagnosis in 2016. As the co-founder of WALT Institute she teaches people how to rise to any challenge, overcome the tough times and bounce forward with limitless possibilities.
Dr Elizabeth Pritchard is a leading keynote speaker, author, coach and facilitator who specialises in cultivating Authentic Leadership. A career in occupational therapy and research saw her achieving her PhD in 3 years. Growing up in New Zealand as the youngest of nine, she suffered bullying, sexual abuse and never felt like she fitted in. Her story shows how anyone can triumph over adversity, deep pain and limiting beliefs to rise up and step into their own power with authenticity.
Elizabeth is the co-founder of the WALT Institute where she teaches leadership that promotes self-awareness, self-regulation, social intelligence, psychological capital and agency, with integrity and transparency.
